ATTENTION CONSIGNORS AND AGENTS - Upcoming 2015 Deadlines:

• Consignor's Check-off List
• Paddock/Late Session entries - due by August 4

Paperwork due by August 4 (14 days prior to the sale):

• The Jockey Club Certificate of Registration
• Negative Coggins test
• Colt/Ridgeling form
• EVA reports for ungelded male horses six months or older entering the state within 30 days of the sale

Per Consignment Agreement Condition 8. The WTBOA will assess a $50 per horse, per document, penalty for any late documentation required to be on file 14 days prior to the sale. Any additional costs or fees associated with getting the paperwork will also be charged through to the consignor. All fines for late paperwork will be strictly enforced.
